Rhoads Automotive Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing Rhoads Automotive. We stand behind the quality of our products and services, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Limited Warranty outlines our commitment to ensuring that our products and services meet your expectations.


This Limited Warranty covers automotive repair services performed by Rhoads Automotive LLC on the vehicle identified in the corresponding repair invoice. The warranty is valid for a period of 4 years or 48,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of completion of the repair.

Scope of Warranty:

Rhoads Automotive LLC warrants that all products and services provided will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance as determined by Rhoads Automotive.
  2. Normal wear and tear items, such as brake pad wear, normal tire wear, and wiper blades.
  3. Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  4. Parts not originally supplied by Rhoads Automotive, or any damage caused by parts not supplied by Rhoads Automotive during the repair in question for warranty coverage.
  5. Damage resulting from failure to follow the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions and maintenance schedules.
  6. Towing is not covered by the warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to get the vehicle to Rhoads Automotive for repair.
  7. Damage caused by environmental factors, such as floods, fires, or acts of nature.
  8. Third-party products or services not provided by Rhoads Automotive.

Claims Process:

If you experience any issues covered by our warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

Contact our customer service team at 812.642.5020, providing your name, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.

We will need to have the vehicle at Rhoads Automotive to evaluate the failure and determine the warranty eligibility of the part/service in question. 

If covered, we will arrange for a repair at our facility at no cost to the customer for the covered part or labor.

As a valued customer, we understand that vehicle issues can arise while you are traveling. In such cases, we have a nationwide network of authorized repair centers that can handle warranty claims. Please call our customer support line at 812.642.5020 for assistance in locating the nearest authorized repair center.

Labor Time:

Labor for warranty repairs will be performed at no cost to you. However, please note that labor times may vary depending on the complexity of the repair. Our customer service representative will provide an estimated labor time for your specific repair when you initiate a warranty claim and the vehicle has been evaluated by Rhoads Automotive.

Please retain your repair invoice for proof of service, as it will be required to validate your warranty claim. Our warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original customer only.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products or services as provided herein.
